1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Free Return: We offer one free return for customers within the continental United States (Hawaii and Alaska excluded). The free return option applies to eligible products and orders.

1.2 Return Timeframe: All returns must be received within 30 days of the original invoice delivery date. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.

1.3 Product Condition: All returned products must be in brand new condition, unused, and with the original packaging intact. The product must have all hang-tags, packaging, and related items still attached.

1.4 Helmet Returns: We do not accept returns on helmets that show any sign of use, damage, or wear. This includes, but is not limited to, scratches, scuffs, dirt, dust, or any signs that the product has been used in any way. Helmets must be returned in brand new condition with the original packaging and tags attached. For returns, please use the original shipping box. It ensures your helmet's safe transit and speeds up the return process. Helmets sent only in 6D branded helmet box are subject to restocking fee.

1.5 Non-Refundable Gift Cards: Please note that gift cards purchased from www.6dhelmets.com are non-refundable. Once a gift card is issued, it cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or any other form of refund. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, and encourage you to consider this policy when purchasing gift cards.

2. Grade Two Blemish Helmets

2.1 Grade Two Blemish Helmets Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns on Grade Two Blemish Helmets. Helmets categorized as Grade Two Blemish may exhibit cosmetic imperfections but are structurally sound and meet safety standards. These helmets are sold as-is, and all sales of Grade Two Blemish Helmets are final. 

2.2 Definition of Grade Two Blemish Helmets: Grade Two Blemish Helmets may have minor cosmetic flaws, such as small scratches, scuffs, or other aesthetic blemishes. These imperfections do not affect the safety or functionality of the helmet but are present due to the manufacturing process.

2.3 Inspection and Assurance: Our Grade Two Blemish Helmets undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet safety standards. By purchasing a Grade Two Blemish Helmet, you acknowledge and accept the cosmetic imperfections, and all sales of Grade Two Blemish Helmets are considered final.

2.4 Return Exclusion: This return policy exemption applies exclusively to Grade Two Blemish Helmets. For all other helmet returns, the conditions outlined in Section 1.4 and the general return policy apply.

3. Return Process

3.1 Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via phone at 714-772-2121, email at info@6dhelmets.com or use our online contact form, Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if your return is eligible. 

3.2 Packaging and Shipping: When returning an item, please ensure it is securely packaged and include the original invoice or proof of purchase. Ship the item to the following address: 6D Helmets 2861 Saturn St. Unit B Brea, CA 92821

3.3 Inspected Returns: All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the return eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.

4. Refunds and Fees

4.1 Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

4.2 Restocking Fee: Please note that orders returned with products, packaging or hangtags that  show damage, or not intact in reusable condition may be subject to a restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
