6D Helmets holds our customer’s satisfaction in our highest regard. We offer a 1-time no hassle exchange on helmets or apparel if the fit is not perfect! If you receive your helmet and have any concerns about its fit, please contact our customer service team directly and we can resolve the issue. This may include return and an exchange of the helmet at no cost to you, or we can possibly satisfy the need by providing different cheek pads or comfort liners. Either way, we are confident we can satisfy your needs.

This offer is valid for up to 30 days following your purchase date.
If an exchange is needed:
- Contact 6D for a return shipping label and authorization number.
- 6D will email a link to print your free UPS shipping label.
- Repackage your helmet in the original box with all original packing materials. This includes owner’s manual, helmet bag (or sock), spare parts, stickers, hang-tags etc.
- Include a copy of your receipt and a brief note explaining your fit issue, who you spoke with at 6D, and your return authorization number. We will have a record of the conversation and know what to do.
- Don’t forget to include your phone number.
- Affix the new return shipping label and ship back to 6D for no cost of your own.
